Wow, probably the best customer service we have ever gotten from a employee that works at the warehouse. The employee of the month goes to a guy named Patrice!! A nice young man who was helpful and served us a with a smile, 😃. Made our day, so if you ever see this Patrice, thank you so much!!!🙂

Found this warehouse to be well stocked with all the brands the Warehouse usually carries in store. The only comment I have worth mentioning is that the DVD range seems to be better at some stores than other stores. This Warehouse here seems to have a narrower range of DVDs up for sale. Being in the Northlands mall there is ususlly good car parking. Just note the car parks are not large so swipe damage is a real possibility. Good alignment of your car in the car park does really help.

Always buy from this warehouse. Friendly and helpful staff with lots of different stuff for all kinds of usage at great prices. You can never go wrong at the warehouse we you really can buy at low prices and have fun doing it.😁

Yet, another big Warehouse shop. Still as messy as most of the others. Staff running around looking like they need direction, all wearing that can't be bothered expression on their faces. Ho Hum!

We, my brother and I, shop for dvds at the warehouse, and, we’ll, we have ‘thousands’ of ‘dvd’ movies. And we still by new ones all the time; I have apple movies pay per pass.

I love this store but the indoor garden section is a big let down. So many plants are either dead or in need of pruning. Other than that the store has a great selection and is always well stocked with friendly staff.

Very tidy and clean shop. Layout is very user friendly allowing you to find anything very quickly. Staff are always friendly at the service desk, make it very easy to discuss any issue or return items. Also making Instore pickup for online purchase a breeze.

A well stocked store and quite spacious. I have to say though the aisles were messy with items all over the place. I felt sorry for the employee trying to tidy up as some kids ran rampant through the mess. No parent or caregiver was in sight.

I got everything bar one thing at The Warehouse, but that was my fault not theirs. A good 90%of the goods are excellent quality, but those go for other stores as well, as the saying goes no one is perfect or no store is perfect but The Warehouse gives a golly good try at it, also the staff make a business, this is the Northlands store I visited today, unfortunately it is the one I frequent the most as I don't drive, but fortunate for me I have at least one I shop I can shop at. Nice and clean. Well set out tidy. Easy to find item's clearly marked prices. The only thing is that the self checkouts don't have a cash option.

Always find a bargain at The Warehouse! I have the shopping app, so let my fingers do the walking. Once i find something I like, I go to the store to buy it. I did a click & collect once, which was a bit of a disaster & required a return trip to the store to fix the issue (the security tag was not removed, glad the alarms didn't go off!). The store manager gave me $20 voucher for my trouble, which was very much appreciated.

It's The Warehouse. A fairly consistent brand name across the country. They stock a bunch of useful stuff at prices that are often cheaper than most other stores. We used them to kit out our guest room and so far so good :) If you need cheaply priced goods, this is your place!

Had to call in here to grab something while we were visiting from out of town. Looked to have a good range of products but otherwise just your typical The Warehouse store.

Big and cheap as usual, however they double charged me for a $1 item which took over 20mins to be checked and refunded which was slightly annoying

Great deals online however bad with online delivery never ordering off there again though I may use click and collect

Great service no MacBook Pros on display would not recommend there cheap products besides the dressing gowns
