It is getting bigger. They recently expanded and have a bigger toys area. Shame the pets area is so tiny. Anyway, not much else to go for at the South City Mall since there is no longer New World. You can get some good deals here. Recommend

This review is really about one of the checkout people. She has a little purple in her hair and I must say she is one of the nicest people. Always friendly and a big asset to the company. Keep up the good work.

I'm only giving 3 stars because although I love the warehouse, I was denied entry because I forgot to bring my mask exception with me even though I told the security that I have one.

Hands down to one of the most neat recovery i've seen each time i come in the morning. A really great potential for a fulfillment center, this store is definitely going places. A great service for click and collect. Definitely recommend for online buying from this store!

This is located in the South City Shopping Centre. This is a department store where you get everything from home decor to kitchen appliances to clothing to craft items to toys. You could basically finish all your shopping here. The Warehouse offered more variety in chocolates and toiletries than other supermarkets in the city. The week's bargains are displayed near the entrance. It is a good idea to take your own bags for the purchased items as they charge for plastic bags.

For buying a simple item took me 2 hour with zip payment 🙄. But manager was awesome and helpful and was with me every step fixing the issue. Very happy 😊

I highly recommend the service and kindness of the workers at the South City Warehouse. I recently went to a costume party on one of those party buses. For this event I had to attend as something beginning with the letter 'n'. On the way to the first pub my costume (which was one of those cheap ready made ones from somewhere else) split down the front. I was just lucky that I had a large jumper to cover up my ripped outfit with. I quickly ubered to the warehouse where all the staff helped me to find a new costume. Someone found a skirt, others found accessories and another found me a top. The lovely security staff also helped to sort out my accessories. Withing half an hour I was dressed and ready to go. These lovely people helped me with everything from popping out the glass on reading glasses, to throwing away my old costume. I can't thank them enough! When I arrived I was feeling really upset because of my costume failure but these people made my night with their kindness. Plus everyone at the party loved the new nerd costume! It was wonderful to have people who just wanted to help from the kindness in their hearts. It was one of those moments you never forget as it restores your faith in humanity. Thank to all those who helped me.

Probably one of the best Warehouses within Christchurch, if not the best. The store is well-kept and cleaned, and all broken products seem to be taken care of immediately unlike other Warehouse stores (namely Linwood and Rangiora) The staff at the service desk are very helpful and super friendly, great to have a chat with! They are very informative about what they have in stock or any alternative products you could buy. Most of the time when I visit, there is a blonde haired lady with a purple streak at the register, - and she is absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and pleasant, easy to talk to and instantly brightens up my day. I would go out of my way to shop at South City's Warehouse just for the lovely people there. :-) !

90% of my clothes are bought here, then I go home and sew the glassons labels into them. I bought a perfume here for $60. Affordable stuff at resonable prices. here, I also recently bought 2 out of 3 cds that Shawn Mendes has released .

I think this store has a great selection. But the biggest downfall is that a few staff members are quite rude and when the phones ring no one seems to answer them!
