A.As a puzzle lover, it's great finding a place where you can get good quality ones. Not too much choice, but you can find (finally) Clementoni and Ravenburger ones. I am always tempted to get a new one!! Love it. Plus, the stuff is very friendly and helpful.

J.I was able to find the books I needed easily and quickly. The staff were able to give options to obtain they books they didn't have straight away so they showed they actually cared. Either by ordering it in showing other stores with stock nearby etc.
Good clean layout and a generally tidy store.
R.A very good store for books, stationery and toys. Had been there a couple of times during their closing time and their staff were polite while informing that the store had to be shut for the day.

E.Great place for stationery. Conveniently located within Westfield Mall. For the bookworms, there's a huge range to choose from. There's also a limited range of kids' educational toys. Products are priced very reasonably and they have great customer service too.

Jeanmarie (hope that is right) was just wonderful and found the book I was looking for and sold me 3 others also - she signed my up for rewards so I got a discount off two of the top 100 books - All my reading now sorted !
