SO happy with my experience getting my dress from Wilkins! I have had two appointments with April and was SO impressed both times. Her knowledge and eye for which dresses suit your shape made for an easy and enjoyable experience! She was also very personable and caring. Nothing was ever an issue and she worked out very quickly my style of shopping. I didn’t want to take my money anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend Wilkins!!

I had such a great experience here, I didn't feel pressured to purchase which helped ease my anxiety. Jude was a great help on my first visit listening to what I liked/didn't like and the owner was amazing on my 2nd visit. I can't wait to get 'the dress' next year!!

Hey Jude, April and Jenny!! I just wanted to thank you so much for making my wedding dress experience one to remember! I got married last week and my dress was stunning and I felt stunning in it! Jude you made me feel so confident and got my to try dresses I wouldn't have picked which led me to my beautiful gown! April you are a bright star who when I picked my dress up you set the scene so my entourage could be fully immersed in the experience and shared my excitement every time I was in the shop! Jenny your quick and talented fingers had my dress fitting me like a glove and made me feel like a bride! Thank you ladies!

Cant recommend Wilkins enough. April and Jude were super helpful when picking my dress and dealing with delays etc through lockdown. Also being patient with each whilst I FaceTimed my sister and Gran from the Uk for their opinions. Jenny was super speedy with the alterations and the dress fitted me perfectly. Thank you!

These ladies were great. As soon as I walked in, they knew what dress they wanted to put me in and it ended up being the one I chose! Jenny also did an amazing job with my alterations. Thank you!

One word - FANTASTIC! Went there with one of my bridesmaids to try on a couple of dresses, I had only a couple of ideas on what I thought I might like based on the theme and location of my wedding. I had bridal consultant Jan, she was absolutely amazing! Made me feel so special, like nothing was ever an issue, helped me choose dresses that would suit my body shape and made me feel so great considering I was only 8 weeks post partum! Pretty sure I found my dream dress! - considering it made me cry. The store is laid out well with gorgeous wallpaper, they have a great selection of dresses and designers. The other staff are really lovely too and offer drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress!

I came in the other day without an appointment and the ladies were so inviting and helpful. They made me feel welcome and because they had time they let me try on a gown they thought suited me. It was the one! I'm so in love with my gown- thank you Wilkins for your excellent service and your lovely manner!

I had been somewhere else before, and had given up on finding a dream dress. Believing I would have to pay $3000 for anything remotely decent. Then I went to Wilkins. All the staff were lovely and professional. They understood my figure and recomended only ones that look beautiful on. I was stuck choosing between 4 lovely dresses. I was allowed photos and could sit and take time with my decision. I am also doing alterations through them, the team is lovely.

Absolutely a delight! We arrived and were ushered in straight away. My friend who is getting married and I were quite nervous because we had never done anything like this before. We were offered a drink and biscuit whilst my friend explained what style dresses she liked. The consultant was very honest and said what we liked is lovely, but she would probably hate herself in that particular style dress (mermaid). WE LOVED THAT! There is nothing worse than someone just saying you look good in something because they feel bad, or they are just trying to make a sale. The consultant then picked out a style that she thought would work and to our surprise it was stunning... JUST STUNNING. She then got her to try on the mermaid style and by god, she was completely right, it did not suit her in anyway shape or form. We ended up trying another similar style to the first dress and we were done! We celebrated with a glass of bubbly and then went over to have a quick look at the bridesmaid dresses. She picked out a couple of very beautiful dresses and she too made me feel special, even though its my friend getting married! She then also arranged the husband to be tie to match in with the bridesmaid dress. Just a splendid service, and I would recommend them to everyone!

Loved it ! The lady that helped me was very friendly and knew what I was after. Even when my support group was demanding dresses out my price range she was able to put her foot down and say no which was very helpful as she stuck to what I asked for. Thank you!

I came in last Saturday and saw Jan, she was so sweet and kind and Wasn't pushy with me at all. She helped me find my gown (I'm a size 26) with no problem at all and made me feel so beautiful. Thanks Jan and everyone at Wilkins Bridal for helping me find my dream gown ❤️

I had my wedding in 2010, April my consultant was a jem. We found a my dress, my bridesmaid dresses on the day we walked in off the street. They where great the whole time, even during the earthquakes. We hired the guys suits as well, which we received a discount for. In 2013, my sister had her wedding, the day of her consult we had the dress, bridesmaid dresses and a flower girl dress picked out and ordered in 3 hours. They followed everything up well and took all the stress out of dress shopping for my sister. Today, we were back again for my sister-in-law, Amy. Once again April was amazing. Amy had a great time, saying she really feels like her wedding is more real now that she has had a chance to try on some dresses, also she said that she didn't feel the need to go anywhere else as they have a great range. We had two toddlers with us, the staff were helpful and not in the lest bit stressed about it. Things to know before you go in: - Make sure your cool with the underwear you have on. They are going to see it. (they are also very polite) - They have very reasonable dress prices. ($1500-$4000aprox.) plus some ex. desplay dresses for around several hundred each, you just have to see what they have in stock on the day. - There is a $40 consult fee which is taken off the price of the dress when you purchase. - The range is great and the consultants know body type, and what looks good on different shapes. So keep an open mind and listen to their advice because they really know how to make anyone feel beautiful. - Make sure you give pleanty of time for ordering the dress. 6 months plus is what your going to need. It's best if you can cross your wedding dress off you list first as this will have a inpact on how your wedding will look. Start looking 12 to 9 months before your wedding so you have plenty of time for making and shiping of dresses. - Book your appointment, relax and enjoy because it is going to be great.

Good selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid stuff and mother of the groom. Bit pricey. They also do accessories for hair, veil, necklaces. Dress alteration service is professional and comprehensive as they are experts.

Edited- There was some customer service issues, however the owner contacted me and was extremely professional and offered another appointment. Really impressed with how this was dealt with and how seriously the owner took this.

Jude was absolutely amazing.... I thought I knew what I wanted but when I tried it on it was yuck.... jude just took control and had me trying on heaps... she was amazing. I can't speak highly enough of her.
