They have some cool animals here!! Sadly no birds but they do have....puppies! Kittens!! A variety of birds and last time I visited, Australian water dragon. I don’t come here as often as Nichols pet centre, but I still love this place!! Axolotl’s and turtles can also be seen here. Here are some photos of the water dragons and their enclosure when I saw them:

This is such a special store. The staff are all very kind, skilled and knowledgable. They worked with us to get the right harness for our reactive dog, including trying and fitting in the store, and they were really great at handling her. We shop here often and always have a wonderful experience.

Great shop, but it's a bit small and lacks the variety of products I'm after for my dog. I go here for nylabones because they're the only ones with the brand I like to buy our dog. However, despite lacking a good variety of dog products they are great for products for birds and this is where we get all of our Budgie products.

Such a cool place to go. Weather you need food, toys or even a new addition to your home. They have it all. Prices are very reasonable and they support Dunedin Cat Rescue by holding adoption days. Such a great place to support

Good variety of choice for you animal pets need. I usually bought seeds for my budgies and canary. I once bought a large cage for them. At time I will look for my cat's toy. So, I would say, you could always find something interesting for your love one. Cheers

Good petshop but I hate seeing the puppies put in a little piece out the back with cold tiled floors. Pop a blanket or rug in with them so they don't have to huddle in the bed all the time. It's a shame to see all the birds gone as well, the aviary was run down but a tidy up could of made it look good.

I brought a little puppy from animal attraction. The staff where really helpful . He had been vet checked and had his first needle. He is such a loving well socialized wee puppy. He is a maltese cross. Amazing wee puppy. Thanks animal attraction.

We came in for a look one day and went into the back section where they keep the animals, they had a small cockatiel in a huge cage with no toys, she had broken feathers and had been stress plucking, was terrified of hands, and they claimed she wouldn't eat regular seed only budgie seed. We brought her home because we couldn't leave her there like that and gave her a bowl of regular seed and some corn, and gave her a bowl of water and she ate like it was her first time seeing food, all of it, including the stuff she needed in her diet but they claimed she wouldnt eat. She was clearly undercared for and unhappy in that situation, but now shes a beautiful healthy girl with all her feathers back, plenty of toys and companions and loves to snuggle. Don't buy birds from stores, it only encourages them to get more of them to sell which makes caring for each bird more difficult, adopt instead or go to a verified breeder that cares well for each individual bird. That being said the store isn't terrible, they do seem to care well for smaller birds, cats and dogs, and their stock prices for cages, perches, toys and the like are all very reasonable compared to other pet stores.
