T.Ran the dog thru the wash . Very busy , 6 dogs in front but fortunately there was 2 wash stations so not that long a wait . Evidently Sunday is allways busy. Plus 15% discount being a club member . No parking in there car park for motorhomes but room outside on the street. Staff friendly and helpful.
A.Staff are lovely but they don't carry too many grain free feeds, and not the premium ones I wanted (orijen or acana), so ended up buying online from pet direct.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Has a vet service, I don't use as have my own vet. Have heard it is great.

Easy parking around the side of the building which is readily accessible from either Princes or Crawford streets.
K.I just love this store. There is a huge selection to choose from. And if you can't find what you're looking for just ask the helpful staff. I buy high quality food for my dogs and treats and toys. I'm never disappointed with the quality. And if I'm short of time i can always find what i need on line. They have a generous loyalty program too.

R.Good local pet store - although it can be on the pricier side for a lot of items. They pretty much exclusively only offer shelter animals which is amazing and a great policy to have. Their staff are generally knowledgeable although there are usually one or two senior staff who will know a lot more than the others. A very broad range of different qualities of pet food and they offer a loyalty system for repeat purchases.

A.Really kind and helpful staff. I went shopping with my 10 week old daughter, staff were very helpful, basically towing my basket for me and even held her whilst I paid. Managed to answer all my questions efficiently too! Would definitely visit again.
C.I took two dogs that had been in a vicious dog attack at closing on Saturday. The staff stayed until midnight operating on my dogs then back in on Sunday (there day off). I couldn't speak highly enough of there service and care for the dogs and there distressed owners. Thank you.
P.The staff at animates are very friendly and helpful and are always excited to see the pets coming in the door. The range of food and toys is great. There is something here for every type of pet. Our dogs love going to animates as there is always someone to say hello to and they get showered with love from staff

S.Couldn't get the product I needed for dogs liver detox... Milk thistle. The only thing that helps if dog has bad reactions to oral flea treatments or food poisoning.
