J.There are a lot of household daily necessities, small electrical appliances, food, everything, a complete range of varieties, excellent service!
A.I am satisfied after shopping at briscoes due to quality of products. They offered huge sale on labour day so everything became reasonable to me. Thanks a lot for the huge sale and I will give them 5stars out of 5. I will highly recommend everyone to go there.
C.Went here to buy a friend a hair dryer. They had some models on special. Picked a lighter weight one. Also looked for a coffee grinder. I like going to Briscoe as they have such a variety of goods.
b.It is a place for bargains is it not! You either go for a general look or have your eye on something. In my case, it was a men's shaver. I struggled to find it, but alas JUST ASK the staff.
Friendly and helpful.
And yes, the shaver was indeed a bargain!
A.Buying some Xmas pressures for my wife, had no idea about the products I was getting, but the girl who helped absolutely knew exactly what she was talking about and without trying to upsell me, she saw I got what I wanted. Her knowledge was outstanding.

L.The staff I encountered in the Dunedin store were fantastic. When they didn't have the stock they directed me to order online. The online order wouldn't go through. So I waited and waited and waited on the phone. Only two staff for the country. They couldn't do it either so said someone would phone Monday at lunch time. It didn't happen. They phoned at night and left a message that they would phone back the next day. No call came. I messaged asking for a call so that they could take my card details as I really wanted the item. Still no contact. Still no duvet...Good star rating for Dunedin store only. HO came through in the end.
R.Prices are high. They have a 'mark-up to mark-down' strategy, so if you are paying full price you are being ripped off. Higher quality items are often cheaper on Amazon (even after shipping). Staff are nice though and some of the specials are worthwhile.
E.So many specials and sales hard to work out what day was what.? Short staffed on the checkout
S.Absolutely great service the lovely young lady on the counter was completely overwhelmed with customers meanwhile on each side of her there were two other ladies standing around chatting. I observed this for quite sometime. Great products 👍. Just needs a little work on customer service. A massive thankyou to that beautiful girl whom served us all . By the way that was my first visit ever to briscoses .
W.Click and collect service great, but store is like a jumble sale and overpriced and you can't get help on the floor ever. I only go in when there's no choice.

c.Service was good but one staff member was a bit abrupt when I asked for help to lift something she told me was light. As I am usually a very active 73 I needed help as I had surgery 2 days ago and still feeling groggy.
M.Always good for a sale. Sale seems to be nearly permanent. Good variety of goods for household and always reasonably priced even when not on sale.

b.Great place for quality products from kitchen to bedroom, bathroom and outdoors. Appliances to soft furnishings. All your home needs are catered for at reasonable prices. Regular sales make Briscoes a must when shopping for the home.

F.This is a quality store. It offers good sale items and the staff are helpful and friendly. The parking is easy and there are plenty of parks available. I recommend this store to students who are setting up flats.
S.Service is pretty poor. Employees seem to lack basic initiative to assist their colleagues at the checkout. When you're paying the prices they ask for, you expect outstanding service.

C.Briscoes has a really great selection of quality homeware from beddings to kitchen to furniture. What I like about the store is the familiarity of the staff with what the store carries and the soothing shopping atmosphere. Be sure to join their mailer as well as they frequently have sales and promotions that could save you heaps!

p.Always busy at briscoes so often a wait at checkout. Store layout can be annoying espec when busy, but yay briscoe's constant sales and markdowns
N.Service is ok but 90%,there is no staff who can help you if you have questions regarding products unless you have to to counters which waiting quoue is massive. Lunch time pack of customers only one or two cashiers. Waiting time be from 10-20 mins.
u.Went got new microwave,sale on ,gt great deal,then today look at sale 3wks later micro down 2 $129 ,ya got be paitent but ya going to get a deal or a great deal😉
B.Went on a sale day (there are always sales here) and the place was packed. Even so, the lines didn't take too long to get through and the staff were still smiling.
