I am satisfied after shopping at briscoes due to quality of products. They offered huge sale on labour day so everything became reasonable to me. Thanks a lot for the huge sale and I will give them 5stars out of 5. I will highly recommend everyone to go there.

Went here to buy a friend a hair dryer. They had some models on special. Picked a lighter weight one. Also looked for a coffee grinder. I like going to Briscoe as they have such a variety of goods.

It is a place for bargains is it not! You either go for a general look or have your eye on something. In my case, it was a men's shaver. I struggled to find it, but alas JUST ASK the staff. Friendly and helpful. And yes, the shaver was indeed a bargain!

The staff I encountered in the Dunedin store were fantastic. When they didn't have the stock they directed me to order online. The online order wouldn't go through. So I waited and waited and waited on the phone. Only two staff for the country. They couldn't do it either so said someone would phone Monday at lunch time. It didn't happen. They phoned at night and left a message that they would phone back the next day. No call came. I messaged asking for a call so that they could take my card details as I really wanted the item. Still no contact. Still no duvet...Good star rating for Dunedin store only. HO came through in the end.

Prices are high. They have a 'mark-up to mark-down' strategy, so if you are paying full price you are being ripped off. Higher quality items are often cheaper on Amazon (even after shipping). Staff are nice though and some of the specials are worthwhile.

Absolutely great service the lovely young lady on the counter was completely overwhelmed with customers meanwhile on each side of her there were two other ladies standing around chatting. I observed this for quite sometime. Great products 👍. Just needs a little work on customer service. A massive thankyou to that beautiful girl whom served us all . Always busy at briscoes so often a wait at checkout. Store layout can be annoying espec when busy, but yay briscoe's constant sales and markdowns
