I visit Dunedin regularly from Auckland and Design Withdrawals is always one of my must-do go-to places. I LOVE THIS SHOP 😁 It’s full of quirky, beautiful and unique things - whether it’s a gift or a treat for myself I never leave without buying something (or lots of somethings). The jewellery and art is gorgeous - huge collection at good prices and they have a little range of really cool clothing too. The staff are lovely - they’re happy to let you browse and enjoy everything. Thanks for helping me choose my ring - I absolutely love it!!! Will see you on my next trip!!!!

Best gift shop ever! It's not very big but there's a lot of shopping gorgeousness packed in there. Awesome stuff you don't see anywhere else which includes the world famous funniest Blue Q design socks, dish towels, oven mitts. Lots of cool jewellery from NZ designers and Kiwiana too 💝

It was the last few days of my trip and I was looking for small gifts to take back home to Switzerland. To my delight I came across this amazing shop with loads of unique & quirky NZ designer products. I was relieved I could find a large variety of kiwiana gifts for my family & friends....and all in one shop!...which saved me so much time. The staff are lovely and so helpful. I have since purchased things online...I was amazed how fast the delivery arrived. Thank you so much for the hand written card

I Love my visits to the Gorgeous Design Withdrawals. I always find many pieces I want to buy. I have to restrain myself and focus. I hanker for a Truman light shade, I have just the spot in my hall. Thank you for the gorgeousness and your friendly staff and of course Wendy the owner is a delight. You girls never mind if I just come in to browse. I always leave wanting to come back!!!! Love visiting Design Withdrawals when in Dunedin. They have good taste in Kiwiana art and design and love their idea of NZ made products. I have even purchased things on line and get prompt delivery and great service both in store and internet. Love my Phizacklea skirts and wear them all the time. Definitely worth a visit whether it be in store or on their website. Keep up the good work!
