We have just purchased our stick vacuum from Sonam. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. His knowledge of all machines was commendable also. We blew our budget by $200 - but truly felt we left with a better vacuum than we expected to get. He walked us through a very thorough demonstration and answered every question I had (eg warranty, how easy it will be to fix and get parts etc). Would highly recommend him to friends and family. We felt listened to and look forward to using our new Vacuum :)

What amazing service. After being stuffed about by Hoover.so.nz (I wanted a smartwash as per TV ads, they had my money for over 10 days and still hadn't shipped it, and when I called I was told it would be at least another week as they had only just got stock it. I requested a refund, had to escalate it to a manager before they did one as I was orginially told to reject it when it arrived and they would refund when it was received back by them!) I contacted Godfrey's as I knew they did them too. Received it next working day. Staff member was polite and efficient, will definitely buy from them again when I need cleaning solution, etc.

Definitely the best place to get a new lux...salesperon was very knowledgeable...got a cordless vacuum and just love it...will be recommending my friends...keep it up guys👍👍

We went in years ago when the shop opened and hated the experience and the pushy salesperson. We were never going to go back but did a couple weeks ago. The sales guy was awesome, chilled out, helpful and honest and we made a purchase as a result. Thank you for a great experience and thanks to the staff member we dealt with, I wish I could remember his name.

Absolutely love my hoover. Very friendly staff. Advised what is best for my horrible thick strand carpets that I have always struggled to clean and especially with my poodle running all over the place having a clean carpet was a nightmare. They truly are the experts in cleaning, they have so much knowledge and share it with their customers . Anyone looking for vacuum in town should head to Godfreys. The machine is bought was about $800 but after I have used it for a month now, must say it was worth every penny.

Good knowledgeable staff. I purchased my lux here a few years back still going great.Recently got a carpet shampooer to get rid of pet smell, it works so good. Always a pleasure dealing with the friendly staff here.

These guys know their stuff. Especially the young guy Josh. His service was above that of any place I have ever been. He told me everything about Dyson, Tineco, and Miele. Long story short I have the best and smartest vacuum in the world the TINECO S12 PLATINUM PURE ONE. Will definitely go back for their ABOVE THE BAR service. Just bought hoover ultra power stick vacuum. Sucks better than the old Phillips vacuum. It picked up cat hair and dust doing a better job. Easy on my back and took 3 minutes to do whole house.

Perfect place to get your vacuum cleaner. After researching I found the machines are fairly priced or even less where's others have a very high Mark ups. Very professional in their service and advices . PERFECT place to buy POWERHEAD ..without it vacuum cleaning machine is nothing..

Wanted to buy my mom a light weight vacuum ,got her a Wertheim stick vacuum after trying in store.Great product and very easy to use.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with good explanation of what you are buying. Truly the cleaning experts in town.

Easy to find parts and bags for my old Electrolux . Often get my lux Serviced from them which makes my machine suck as good as new. Great Customer Service, fast and easy to deal salespeople.
