Friendly staff, eager to make deal. Unfortunately didn't have the product I was after, had no hesitation in referring me to their main shop. Good parking and a great place to keep checking in on to see what products they have

Bought washing machine. They only had the shop model left which we bought. Gave us a discount ( not asked for) and bubble wrapped the machine b4 carefully putting it in our hatchback. Will definitely go back again

Not able to put up a new review, however will edit this review and add in the extra comments. The South D Electrical Outlet is amazing to deal with, not only did they help me out in an urgent situation to get a new fridge before Xmas and save my Xmas get together, but also were very accomodating when I mentioned that the boxing day sale had the Fridge at a cheaper price. Immediately they refunded the difference. I cannot recommend HN enough, they are a great store to deal with, focus on customer care, and have great staff. Thanks guys and gals. Josh was brilliant to deal with right from the word go. Roger was also excellent to deal with. This is exactly why I keep going back to Harvey Norman to buy all my goods. They look after their customers, are polite and helpful, and always do a great deal.

Thankyou for a great experience buying from you. Little hiccup with delivery but the boss?? ( roger) went out of his way to sort it and have it delivered and installed on the day even though they didn't technically have any spots left (even took all the packaging and my old machine with them). Great service instore from Lewis too. Very informative and answered every question i had about dryers and also gave me a good price. Thanks guys much appreciated

We are currently redesigning our kitchen and my husband got in contact with Lewis, he was fantastic giving us all the options and time we needed, we felt no pressure and found his knowledge for applicable fantastic. The team were great and friendly, very helpful and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Roger, Lewis and Ezra will look after you properly. They understand the value of long term customer relationships and have no interest in the old quick close. 100% reliable and reputable which is a bit of a novelty these days. Goes to show the term outlet doesnt necessarily mean a drop in customer care. Knowledge here is is high and if they dont know they wont bs you. They are happy to go and find out. Killer deals too!!
