Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. My family love the bath products. They gave my daughter a package of broken bath bomb to help calm her she was upset in store.

Super friendly, helpful staff ( the manager I think). She took the time to listen to what I wanted. Just the right balance of helpful, but not pushy. I purchsed several bath bombs for myself and as gifts. They were all gift wrapped with an explanation sticker. I can't fault the experience.

Have always had brilliant experiences in this store. Came in on the weekend and the girl with the short hair and glasses and the one with the long hair in on Saturday are always so friendly and gave my daughter a free bath bomb for her birthday. The team is always fun and helpful and every time we go into store, our day is brightened. Love your work Lush!

The store was full and yet we received the best service today here amongst the many stores we visited. The staff were accommodating, friendly and we went away with some great gifts and samples for our Mother and Nana.

I love this store! I can't walk past without going in due the amazing smell and the eye catching products on display. Not only do Lush provide great quality products and friendly, helpful staff, but they are doing good for the community. They have products that profit will go charity causes, and today I was blown away that they are educating the community how to be a 'trans ally', with a small informative booklet they made up. This is amazing work Lush! I will happily return to your store and spend my money :-)

This store is amazing and so are the people who work there. I went there to buy myself a gift for my birthday, and the girl working there pretty late picked out products for me while i was turned around so it’d be a little surprise for me on my birthday! I can’t buy the pre-packaged gifts (no bathtub no bath bombs) so I really really appreciate her enthusiastic help - and the things she picked out are exactly what I would have wanted cus they know their stuff. Just paid at the checkout. Thank you amazing stranger! Icing on the cake of a great birthday :)

Staff are friendly as always. They aren't reluctant to show you demos or get you to try some of the products which is great. The only let down probably isn't specific to this store - I had a $200+ shopping planned and wasn't aware they had a problem with their system which meant I couldn't use my gift card :( You're not going to find the full range of bath bombs in store. I just so happened to go in when they ran out of the full sized bath gel I needed. I have terrible luck but at least the staff are helpful, friendly and know their products well.
