J.There are a lot of handicraft products, a variety of cloth, daily necessities, preferential prices, excellent service!
K.The range of stock is very good. However, staff training is required. Traditionally I have found they are often talking on the phone or to each other, arranging stock . Anything but serving customers. However some of the staff in Dunedin craft department are very pleasant.

R.The layout of the store is not right hard to find dress fabrics seemed to be scattered instead of one place. The staff member was quite abrasive.the one with long red hair was lovely and helpful till this one took over. Not at all like other spotlight stores real shame.
V.Tried all the amazing experiences. Loved the boat best, I just wanted more!! I would do it all over again, honestly it was 10/10. Notes: you don't need to wear anything special, just be prepared you might get wet/slightly muddy. Take sunglasses. Get double the amo for the shooting.

Lots of great stuff for model making, arts and crafts, cosplay, holiday decorations etc
They were the only place in Dunedin I could find decorations for Hanukkah and it'll always be my favourite craft store (with a lot more to offer than what I've listed!)
T.Great place for your craft needs. Helpful staff over two floors, parking available, but on opposite side of the road. Has an elevator and wheelchair friendly, personally I prefer Spotlight, so many options, from crafts to cooking. Well worth the visit

P.My wife went in for some bits and pieces. As usual Spotlight had everything she was after and more. She was very happy with the purchases and a couple of bargains as the sale was on. Store was packed with stuff she is looking for. We will be back when her next project is ready to start.

A.Big building, lots of towels, lots of discounts. Except, too high for the common man like myself. Didn't have what we were looking for but a pleasant experience overall.
M.I love Spotlight for all their material, some things we usually have to order online like dress patterns and I find the building to be very cold so it would help if you visit to take a jacket.

She went way beyond normal service ane we want to pass on how much we appreciated her kindness and wonderful service. She is a great asset to this business and we will come back necause of her. R.Great place to go If you don't know what to get your mum for mother's day! Definitely a ladies shop. Pros: the place is massive! So much stock and selection! Always having sales. Cons: staff are so so. Don't want to know if you are querying the price. Almost always have pricing issues, ie label is different price to whats scanning.
C.One of my favorite go to shops in Dunedin as it has such a variety. We were after several things including net curtains and a double rail so they could be pulled back independant of the main curtain. The person looking after us were very knowledgeable and most helpful. We are happy with our chosen items.
We also wanted some things that Spotlight dont sell and suggestions were made where to go.
I wished to buy fabric to make a tutu. Again the staff member looking after me was most helpful with suggestions of different ways I could make it. I got just what I wanted and it was on clearance too. What a bonus.
A.Has everything u need in habadashery
L.Had a lot of good options for sewing. Much fabrics and different sewing machines and overlooks on the upper floor. Also a lot of variety on bedsheets and bedlinings. Downstairs were a lot of kitchen stuff and kids stuff. An all around store with a lot of unnecessary things for a good price! :)
G.Well today was one of the few times I have been in this store and had helpful service. The young lady who served me was extremely helpful. So today I didn't leave the store feeling frustrated.

S.Went into Spotlight Dunedin on Saturday morning for 21st birthday balloons and supplies. Was helped by Vicky. She was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was the epitome of customer service. Awesome, Vicky.
A.Staff were friendly and helpful, when asking for advice on a project they gave good helpful advice and found all I needed easily
E.There's a couple disabled parking spaces right outside and then a wee car park across the road. There is a lift as well as stairs to get to the 2nd floor where the curtains, yarn & craft etc are. They have a good range of products and it's good value for $$$, their sales are usually pretty comprehensive and some real bargains can be found. Sometimes staff can be hard to find if you need advice, but they are friendly and willing when found.
L.First time for me, not very organised. But has a wide variety. Some good products
M.Mixed customer service quality. It depends on who is around. Not much help around.If you are unlucky you will get a grumpy staff. One young lady in the first floor wasn't so helpful and the lady in the till looked at me like I was crazy. They need to improve in this area. I give them a three because their lady manager in the second floor is fabulous and the sales men aren't too bad. I just needed a little respect from the ladies in the fabric section of the first floor. I am a trained machinist therefore I know what to expect.

C.Service getting blinds was very good the instructions on how to cut them down was not so good.
T.Found the staff expected you to know the layout of the store so instead of helping me to find what I was looking for they just pointed me in the right direction. This was barely helpful.
