It is a larger store. Nothing much to explain on what they do as it is well known. The customer service I got on the day I visited there was reasonable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. So much nicer shopping in person than on the internet. Good variety of goods to buy. Today I was looking for curtains. There were some nice choices but we will take samples of carpet and wallpaper to get a good match with us next time rather than questing.

I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Katherine (Catherine, Kathryn... sorry I'm unsure of correct spelling) for helping me with a product that wasn't in stock for months and being able to actually get it. Picked it up today, was expecting it to be longer but surprised at how fast it came to the South Dunedin store. Katherine, you were so lovely and have a great attitude representing The Warehouse. It was a messy store on the day we shopped but the most disconcerting thing was the complete indifference of the staff towards the customers, i.e. rude and unhelpful. Prices were a little on the high side but we realised we have other options as do all shoppers. Perhaps we'll take them

Nothing special here but still a good shop none the less. Prices for some things are really good but others not so much. One fairly recent experience here left me trying to find a certain torch for my daughter. It was on their website and in stock but after the staff member had a look in two places they suggested I go look on another department. It was there but would have been nice for them to help a bit more.

Has pretty much everything you need, although not always what's on the website. Heaps of parking for this and Pak'n'Save. Plenty of room to move around and has toilets, as well as a few extra shops like a cafe and pharmacy. Staff are always helpful but quite often not enough on the checkouts. Very easy to shop and my kids favourite store 😊

Large open shopping areas where everyone gets a bargain. They are all pretty much the same as each other most have reasonable large parking areas and a large variety of goods on sale once you get inside. Some also have other shops inside that give them a mall style shopping experience.

The electronics and entertainment staff are the best in Dunedin for any store. All the other staff are friendly, but it can be hard to find things. Bathrooms are clean but tired. Sale prices are brilliant, ask a staff member if something is likely to be on sale soon. 2 out of 3 will tell you 😀

Went to speak to entertainment was really happy initially. Owen served me with a smile and with so much information about computers quad core n so forth. On second occasion saw Mat or Mathew very disappointing. I don't know how he got the job. Rude abrupt and unhelpful. Wen asked about phone cards and rates. He said I don't know reluctantly. He seemed like he rather be elsewhere playing video games or something

I cannot speak highly enough of the great service I got at the South Dunedin Warehouse around 4 or so this afternoon. Unfortunately I received the wrong electric blanket from Click and Collect online. A $19 tie down Queen Size blanket when I had paid for the more expensive $55 dollar fitted one. All the staff at the service desk this afternoon were just amazing, especially Ashleigh I think who directly dealt with my issue which took some time to sort even though the shop was very busy with boxing day sales. We couldnt track a fitted blanket down in the shop but eventually sorted one to pick up at the mosgiel shop which was rung and put aside for me and I also left with a $20 gift card. I was just blown away and so thankful. I hope that the manager sees this and knows what amazing staff he/she has. Debbie Bethune

Huge parking lot and a large store that carries the full range of Warehouse supplies. The store wasn't exceptionally clean or well-organized however. The shoe section (I went in to buy gumboots) looked like a small child had a field day throwing shoes everywhere.

I would like to thank a staff member called Malcolm at the Sth Dunedin branch for going out of his way to be so kind and helpful to my 80 yr old Mother,who on the 12th Dec, locked her keys in the car. Malcolm made sure she was ok , and offered her a cup of tea and phoned the AA . He was kind enough to make sure she got out to the car safely once her car was unlocked. A big thank you Malcolm from Elaynes family for going above and beyond the call of duty
