Fabulous, friendly customer service literally every time I walk into this shop. Great deals too! The displays are beautiful, the store is tidy, the range of Books is varied. I have always and will always be a returning customer to Whitcoulls. Dunedin staff are lovely to deal with. Can't rate the store highly enough

huge product ranges and good price. I usually buy things when they are on sale. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. They are helpful for fish keeper beginners.

I phoned to ask if they had the Dominoes like game Mexican Trains. They did. They held it for me for a day until I could get in to town to buy it. We were able to play it with several of our grandchildren on different occasions in the holidays. Fun for a variety of ages.
