Definitely friendliest vape shop in town. Best customer service they make an effort to find products you might like rather than just grunting and pointing at the shelves like some of the other shops in Gisborne. Only shop in town I would recommend to someone. Also went above and beyond what they need to do to get me some e liquid while I was in isolation. 6 stars out of 5

People don't always see eye to eye. Sometimes people fall out, or don't get along. I was one of those people. Jessica was awesome! Im new to vaping and had an airscream. She showed me some other products as well as the huge variety in flavors that were available to me if I was to change from airscream. So based on her recommendation I have bought me the Geek Vape Wenax K1 Pod Starter Kit along with juice to fill it up. Her instructions were clear and her demonstration on how to fill the pod and use the vape precise, detailed and easy to follow and understand.
