K.Came into the store yesterday and the lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we were so extremely happy with her service. She told us everything we needed to know straight to the point unlike all the other places who just want to sell unnecessary things that aren't even very helpful. Honestly the best customer service I've had 🙏💕

K.Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Clean store, lots of options. A little pricey but overall good experiences when I go. They have a dogwash which is convenient.
T.My wife and I find this store helpful with good product... be fast though - the products are there one day, gone the next. But good staff and plenty of room to move around and just look.

E.Another amazing groom for my girl Blue. She is quite an anxious dog but the ladies always take great care of her and she leaves Animates so happy and feeling good!
