J.Good central location. Good amount of parking spaces at the front or side street. But KFC drive through queue often blocks the carpark and it's entrance. Staff Kilian was really helpful at the counter and as he was also aware what happening, such as serving a customer at the counter but noticing the queue was forming quickly at checkout, he PA and asked any available staff to come to the front counters at help. As a rule of thumbs, if you are not in a hurry, wait for the specials/discounts to come around, weekly or fortnightly as at RRP their prices are more expensive than others for exact items.
M.Good experience shopping today. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Good prices and store was well stocked.
N.Really helpful lady on phone, who sourced what we wanted before we arrived and we were able to pay immediately. Excellent service
G.I returned a microwave that had stopped working during level 3. It took 2 minutes on the phone & 2 minutes to exchange at the store, no hassles. So great service thanks Briscoes.

R.Briscoes has become the number one place to go to for the best and widest selection of whatever you’re searching out and for amazing prices but their staffs superior extra mile service makes such an impression on the memory as to make Briscoes a happy place to shop.
J.The manager was extremely helpful to me even though there was nothing there I was looking for I was treated well.
S.Great help from staff, but the computer I used for an online order was difficult to use- needs upgrading. Mouse is old and temperamental.
B.Great customer service. Employees range from young to old which helped with my shopping experience. Especially, because I was buying bedding for the first time as my mother or nana had always done it for me. It was harder than I thought, but with the kind help of the staff I got what I wanted. I even bought the wrong size fitted sheet and they were fine with me bringing it back and swapping it out for the right size (as long as its packaged back the way it was so it can sell). All in all I give Briscoes a massive 💯
