Friendly staff, easy parking. Popped in was able to see everything clearly. Got what I needed in one store recommended

My only issue here is that the pricing isn't always on display for some of the products, this leads to confusion and can be quite annoying at times. But with that being said, the staff have always been quite friendly and helpful. This Briscoes is well maintained and clean. Always happy to pop in here. Although they could be considered to be quite pricey, would recommend waiting for when they have their store sales. I really appreciate the massive sales that Briscoes occasionally have.

Always well stocked shelves but floor staff are scarce for advice before midday. Staff that are on board are very congenial & helpful but carrying dual roles.

Lovely helpful staff, lovely clean and well laid out store.

Love their specials. Their tagged prices are quite high but with their continuous weekly discounts of 40-50% off, usually brings the prices in par with its competitors. Love the long standing relationship they are having with NZ.

One of the staff when approached had no smile no greetings maybe tired after along busy day. Showed us what we asked for and walked away. We thanked the person but the person could gave asked exactly what we were looking for. A bit disappointed. But service at checkout was absolutely fantastic

I wanted an outdoor setting that I saw with a floor-advertised purchase price. It turned out to be incorrectly ticketed by a staff member and was underpriced by $200. Declan, a nice young man, honoured the ticketed price after talking to his manager. This was an act of great customer service. Thank you Briscoes Te Rapa.

Moved from Auckland recently and wow this is the tidiest cleanest most organised Briscoes I’ve ever been in!! And super helpful staff who accurately directed me exactly to what I was there for. Blown away!

Keep an eye out... they have a sale every now and again! 🤣

Thanks Briscoes. It's an excellent shopping 🛒 place for home makers, especially if you follow the specials, bargains at 50% off. Do your comparisons first. Quality includes the reputed brands. We visit Te Rapa from way out in the country.

Briscoes is one of those stores that will always have a sale on every week and a bargain is always there to be had. Bargain hunter's wait for sales sooner or later the right department is on sale. Good quality brands.

Tidy store, always have good sales, can get busy and parking can be hard to find if going at the wrong time but it's free! Great friendly and helpful staff.

Good shop love getting a bargain. Always have different items on sale. I hrought some towels very happy.

The staff were really friendly. I was trying to buy a duvet set and was struggling to find one for my bed size. One of the staff members asked if I needed help and without offering, automatically helped me dig through the giant container and when we couldn't find one offered to go out back and look for us. She found it in no time and had a brilliant attitude the whole time. Good customer service here from the team other times I've been to Briscoes here but this was a great example of how willing the staff are to help.

Its good if you go in and know what your looking for so you can go in and go out quickly as their specials are always very popular. Love their specials

A little crowded at the time, but the counter staff had it sorted, my turn came - good ole tap n gap - new toaster, no worriess - happy tumtum

Exactly the same as most other Briscoes stores. Good flat access with plenty of parking. Good parking right outside for wheelchair access (& for Police vehicles!). We went the day after a sale had finished and managed to score a pile of plates & soup bowls for $2 each. Take your own bags and you'll help to reduce the amount of plastic in our world. Friendly helpful staff served us at the counter.

Was very busy today. Went about 12ish and the had discount prices on certain itmes. Needed a new jar.

Always a good selection on offer, although can be quite messy during the middle of the day. very friendly staff

We got what we came in for but had to take two things up to the counter for prices. One had the price torn off of the bar code and the other had no price on it and no display with it either.

Gd selection as usual. 50% off what I bought. Not too busy either. A good day to shop.

The lady at the counter was very helpful. The thing that we were looking for was not available in the store but she helped us in the reservation of the item in the closest store.
