The service and quality of product has been outstanding. They moved quickly, coordinated around us as a customer. Everyone we have dealt with at Carpet mill were professional and worked with urgency. The put up with my terrible home stager Waikato Home Staging who kept changing the dates (and who we has subsequently cancelled due to bad service) But Carpet Mill couldn't have been more helpful, and they worked closely with their contactors to help us. We had originally started with Carpet Court who not only were much more expensive but who never called us back when we went into their store in Hamilton 3 times to order and left several phone messages. They don't even know we have cancelled our order because no one called us back after they measured, quoted and we ordered. We went straight to Carpet Mill instead who are amazing!!!! Don't use anyone else. Carpet Mill in Hamilton is phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks so much Carpet Mill.

These guys are great. We had a slight issue and needed to put off our laying by 3 days, due to the builders taking longer. Which they sorted out, thank you. I wish I dealt with more companies with your attitude. Only problem is, the whole house is carpeted and vinyled now, so I won't see you for 20 years :)
