A.Found a rare game preowned for switch and immediately purchased. Great find and friendly staff member working on the counter.
M.Yesterday we went to EB games centre place because my son's ps4 had some issue. Adrian and Nalia helped us above and beyond expectations. Adrian tried to fix the issue in any possible way which we highly appreciated. Both very humble and patience. store didn't have many source to actually find the issue but Adrian explained me things which could help me to resolve the issue. I really want to thankyou both of them to provide us great customer service.

S.Thank you Jess at EB Games Hamilton for being the most wonderful retail assistant to serve us today.
I went in to enquire about a $186 Captain America Shield and spoke to Jess I asked her name so i knew who i was talking too, I then went on to see how much it would cost to put this shield on afterpay, after getting the information I needed I left the store.
We then worked out a way to pay for the shield today and walked back into the store to buy it. After paying for the shield I had her take it out of the box.
We then got a selfie of me with the shield in the store and then also got a sefie of me and Jess which I have uploaded to the page.
V.A must visit shop for me when I step in the mall. Friendly staff, great stock, always have some sort of sale goes on to keep the fun atmosphere going.
M.Good experience, I just wish EB Games would carry retro games, as their library past last generation is very limited. Prices a bit high.
j.Has good collection of ps4 and Xbox game cd and also accessories required for ps4 and Xbox are available here at good price . We also get pre owned game cd at cheaper price.
