J.Good friendly team, really helpful staff from the minute I walked in. Olivia made sure My order item was retrieved and brought to the front desk. Fast and efficient. Ample parking on front and by being at the far end of the Base, you don't get stuck with rest of the Xmas traffic. Thanks very much. It was a very good experience and highly recomended for others to give this place a go.

P.Fantastic customer service. Maybe even too good. Went in for a dishwasher, walked out with that and a new washing machine. The service rep we had was absolutely amazing, clearly knows her stuff and was very helpful.
M.Great store with lots of helpful and nice staff. The only reason I can't give five stars is because there is no bike parking in this shopping centre, so make sure you bring someone who can watch your bike. It would be really great if some racks could be installed here!
R.If you shop at the furniture department of Harvey Norman, Te Rapa, make sure you get Jerome to serve you. This guy is amazing, He spent hours helping us choose new furniture for our lounge, dining room and kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, he stayed in touch and kept us fully informed when delays to delivery happened. Then today when the furniture was delivered he came round on his day off and checked it all over, noticed a flaw on one piece and sorted that, helped assemble a very heavy unit, and made sure everything was perfectly set up. He isn’t a pushy salesman, he listens to what you want and goes out if his way to make sure you’re a happy customer.
N.Have been here twice in the last week, purchased a fridge and freezer with the help of Kiri S. She was super helpful and had plenty of useful information regarding payment options and extended warranties. Went back to purchase a mattress and needed something pretty specific within a certain budget. Cory Liddle was amazing! Very informative and had solid recommendations, we ended up grabbing a warranty extending protector as he explained the value of it whilst processing our sale. Super efficient and saved us a lot of wasted time on a nice day off. Excellent team. Would highly recommend shopping here!

A.We came to this store yesterday and we had a gift voucher that we wanted to use for a LG microwave we chose to buy. We were served by this lovely Cashier Jenny who helped us and made the whole process easy. She is definitely a star ⭐️
I.The sales staff were great. How ever I had to wait for nearly 2 hours at the back of the shop before I could pick up my purchase.
M.Pleasant place to shop at, however should note that not all 'in store specials' register at the checkout. In this case they did credit me the overcharge after going to check the shelf.

S.Pretty much only go here for the two sales people. The manager in furniture is always a pleasant person to talk to and very patient and knowledgeable.
Brian in homeware/ovens is just the best, gave us brilliant service when both purchasing and when an issue came up later regarding one of our purchases.10/10 only shop there for them.

K.Bought an espresso machine here. Got a good deal online and picked up from the store.
It is very easy process very convenience just one comment though when I bought the espresso machine online, there was a process tracking bit that suppose to tell buyer when the product is ready to pickup in my case the process notification seem to stuck at the “processing” forever, never notifiy me to pickup so I had to contact their customer service and they told me that the product has been already ready to pickup.
So I guess the IT people or staff need to be more careful on that process, the contact centre was nice and provide a quick response though that’s why I give 5 stars
D.Amazing service. Well stocked store. This was our second store we walked into and within seconds we were greeted and directed to where we needed to go and assisted by Jay.M who was very informative and helpful. We will be back to pick up our order and look for new furniture.

j.Good place bought an apple watch 3 days back staff are good but there are some staff pretty stiff in their behavior and not that easy to approach . Apart from that they have good collection.
C.Called into the Hamilton store to look at purchasing a few item. Dealt with a lovely young lady called Natasha Khan , We found her to be one of the best salespeople we have dealt with. Nothing was to much of a problem for her, her service was outstanding and will certainly visit her again. Highly recommended.
C.BREJISH approached me with a quiet confidence and we started talking computers. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I left the shop knowing that all my needs had been met and I was going to enjoy my new computer system for a long time, and at a reasonable cost for quality product.

L.Lovely person showing coffee machines and made sale easy. Douglas was the person doing the paperwork and was so helpful and friendly. We also bought a microwave and the older gentleman showing us the options was not pushy but really helpful. Then checkout process with interest free options. Again a positive experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience and happy with our purchases.

B.Typical appliance and furniture retailer. Never had particularly good service here. Today the checkout counter wasn't even attended and we stood around for 5 minutes before someone finally turned up. Only go here if there nowhere else that sells what you want. They will consistently try and sell you that worthless warranty extension too...say no.
S.Always really good service. They helped us get a heat pump and had excellent recommendations for installers etc. Less hassle and easy ways for payment. High quality goods
P.We don't shop at Harvey Norman usually but when we got to the appliance dept and started looking around a lovely young man named Curtis came up to help us. He was so helpful and easy to deal with. We got a great bargain and are pleased with everything. The staff we saw all acknowledged us with a cheerful smile & hello. We won't hesitate going back. Thankyou Harvey Norman.
G.Salespeople out the front are ok, some need to do a little bit more homework but the crew out the back loading were awesome and very polite and helpful, full credit to those guys.
R.If you know what you want. Good stop lots of variety. Electronic section found difficult to understand assistant and they could have been more enthusiastic!

P.Good selection of goods to choose from but every time we purchase something there's a problem, it either doesn't arrive in the specified time, 3 months late isn't acceptable or it's faulty and doesn't work properly. Have more returns than keepers including a laptop that had to be replaced 3 times.
M.Only ever shop here when the product I want/need is on special. I like their store layout, makes it easy to find what I'm looking for if they have it. This store always has customers, but it never feels crowded when I visit, probably because I try to avoid peak time shopping and I live far away enough to have to plan a visit incorporating a few shop visits in a day.
F.We've bought all our furniture and appliances from these guys. They sell really good quality stuff and have excellent customer service.

M.Make sure you see Curtis Law. Best service I've ever received. Curtis went out of his way to see me right when I had a concern about a product. I wasn't expecting that to be honest. So used to having to fight to be heard by retailers in the past. I love my product, and I feel awesome about how I was treated. Big thumbs up!

I needed 2 more dining chairs and instead of paying $200 each I got them for $139 👌 THANKS Harvey Norman, it's not only the Warehouse were people get bargains 😊😊 I also love their great selection. f.Went there bec of the good offer duri g labour weekend.I just didn't like the way the staff handled me declining their offer for insurance cover for a laptop.As a customer I have the right to decline and be respected for my decision.Bought a massager as.well but I have to say it was the opposite.The staff was very helpful and accomodating.
T.Good deals but don't like the sales attendants swooping in every few seconds asking if they can help. Once is nice. 5 times is pushy.
o.There is a huge range of every item and the price is good but it took me forever to find someone to help me find what I want but other wise excellent

R.I like the service here, I was looking at 3 different dryers and normally when I go to other retail shops they always try to get me to purchase the most expensive one, not here, got the one that I thought was good for its price. Plus you can pick up your product from the back instead of heading to a warehouse where they stock them.

A.What an exceptional service I received from the staff here especially Rahul, he went an extra 10 miles trying to get my online order sorted where he could've simply told me to wait until I got a contact, but no, he managed to contact his boss which was away for the weekend so he won't let me go empty handed. We could have purchased our appliances through our builder, but because of Mandys exceptional service decided to just deal directly with her.

P.Good selection of goods to choose from but every time we purchase something there's a problem, it either doesn't arrive in the specified time, 3 months late isn't acceptable or it's faulty and doesn't work properly. Have more returns than keepers including a laptop that had to be replaced 3 times.
