A.Our 4 dogs love the raw food here - chicken and lamb, tripe, veal bones, salmon - it's made a massive difference to the eating and crapping. We love it and they do too ❤ 😍 💖

P.Raw Essentials has always provided great service, dietary information to help promote our giant breed dogs health and helped eradicate allergy issues caused by so called top brand kibbles. We've used Raw Essentials for over 4 years now, the product quality is great, the staff are always friendly, informative and helpful. The staff genuinely help, advise and have the best interests of your pet in mind.
T.The lovely ladies here have helped me so much with the transition to a raw food diet for my cat. They were patient and understanding with my millions of questions they followed up with emails and calls to see how our pampered cat was adjusting. They know there stuff that's for sure

I've enjoyed your food right from the day you first opened here in Queenwood.
R.After emailing a fortnight before actually visiting the store, all of my high expectations were fulfilled. The store is clean and plentiful with choice for any beloved pet.
The staff members are knowledgeable, interactive, kind and helpful. They didnt mind the many questions I bestowed upon them (on behalf of my kitten ofcoarse).
And as I am both a first-time cat owner & raw-feeder, I'm delighted that this store has given me the confidence I needed to properly implement raw-feeding and balance the diet of my kitty Kasper.
I would recommend anybody with a cat or dog they love to consider the store.
A.Great product, my animals love the variety and are definitely healthier since they've been on a raw diet. Unfortunately the service at the Queenwood store is not consistent. Hardly ever greeted when walking into the store and on more than one occasion the staff member serving me has been busy with their phone and I've basically been ignored. We usually shop in Auckland and got used to the amazing service from their staff, so Queenwood is very disappointing.
M.Great and friendly service. The first time we went they consulted with us and setup a recommended diet. Would highly recommend raw food our dog has never been happier or healthier.

My dog was having major skin issues to the point that he was having to have meds daily that was costing a hundred plus dollars a month and missing 1 dose would would take 3 weeks to take affect.
A vet had mentioned we try a raw meat diet as our last resort and it was the best choice we made.
The team there is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful.
Highly recommend Raw Essentials and a big thanks to the team there as our Shih Tzu x Maltese is doing great.
