On the 3rd of September 2020, I was served by a worker called Stacey. She was so lovely and genuine in her care. It is very hard to find a worker that isn't just focused on serving the customer and moving on with their tasks. Her smile and service was genuine and I could tell that she cared about her customers. It was very refreshing and beautiful. It was one of the best levels of service I have ever gotten from The Warehouse company. The staff tend to be reliable, honest and helpful. I don't normally go out shopping but I do enjoy this area and it's service/products.

Love this place! It has every household items one needs. Customer service is amazing too, returns and refunds are done promptly. Only problem is that some of the large furnitures aren't on display. That makes it hard to have a look and feel of the item before purchase. I usually drive down to the base to have a look at it.

A lot of parking space. Close to Centre Place, which is perfect and great customer service !

Kyran was very nice today and very non discrimanatory he even shouted on the top of his lungs "I love all the colours and races" however his outfit was not appealing at all id prefer it if it was yellow, the person to really complain about was Phil and I think the mention of him says it all. Thanks Wendy send love to the kids.

I am an elderly pensioner still trying to get to grips with topdays technology. I have had excellent service at this particular warehouse store for anything technological, cell phones, computers, tech accessories and just advice. Being something of a technophobe I have really appreciated the patience and simple good manners of the staff. Many many thanks city watehouse.

Good store but beware of carpark. You get 2 hours free and you must input your reg before you go shopping. Signs arnt clear and machines dont always work. Have had quite a few parking tickets from there but appeal every one and get off. Think sometimes they are just trying it on. Just make sure to enter your reg before you go and make note if the machine isnt working properly

Free parking at the location, makes it convenient to shop here. There's also a WH Stationary and a Noel Leeming on sight. Staff used to be friendlier and more knowledgeable, but in my last couple of visits, I'm getting a different impression. I hope it's a temporary situation.

Friendly staff, they could clearly recognise when to step in and offer assistance and when to give some space. The item I was looking was not available. Which was a shame. Store was clean and tidy.

The warehouse used to always seem to run on a skeleton staff on the floor. Getting customer service help was near impossible, over the last few visits (3-4 months) I have noticed more staff on the floor able to help with finding products etc. The staff are always pleasant to deal with. I give 4 stars for this. My only complaint is that I have had have to go get a price check on items because no price on the shelf that the product is on is present more than 5 times in the last few months.

Handy parking and elevator to go from basement to the warehouse if you have a wheelchair. Reasonable variety. Usually not too busy. Cafe, noel leeming and warehouse stationary also under the same roof, which is handy.

Good service, was tidyer than most of the Warehouses do kudos for that. Smiley staff, a lot of product range at a good price. Quite easy to find what you are looking for.

For those in the States, it's like a Walmart. They have a wide selection of home goods but didn't have basic necessities like fingernail clippers or cotton swabs. I can only ever get about 90% of my shopping list taken care of when I visit.

This warehouse has to be one of the grottiest around. Smelt horrible on the way in . I'm not sure why. Customer service made up for the poor condition and empty shelves. Felt well looked after. After i approached the help desk thinking it was checkout

This place is good to find a great range of products. Good deals too. Customer service is inconsistent (either staff member is helpful and happy OR bitter and unprofessionally impolite). They have a free 2-hour carpark

Parking is limited, and spaces are thin. Store itself always seems dirty, or somehow unclean to me. Lighting is a little dim which adds to that. Weirdest checkout system ever: usually you checkout and walk straight out the door, this one you checkout and turn around to walk out.

Quite a nice upper level warehouse. Seemed a bit cramped for space and elevator up to it. But loads of deals and things to purchase for many different occasions. Awkward checkouts too. I think it may be an older store?

Standard Warehouse store, it's getting a little aged but it's not untidy. You'll have to go up the escalator to get to the store, but there is a lift you can use for disability access.

Not as much selection as The Base as it's slightly smaller, but has free parking and conveniently located for me, in the centre of town. Staff have always been nice and helpful.

Ample parking. Great idea with kids playground. Needs more public park benches. Also the possibility seating for elderly Ergo comes to mind.

Good service, aisles tidy and products were in the right place, made it easier to shop plus 2hr free undercover carpark.

Small for a warehouse but still has reasonable variety in stock. Very convenient as it's in town next to the bus depot
