A great place to go to find a big range of tiles. The store layout is very helpful and the staff friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help with decisions and source stock. I am a fairly regular customer and appreciate the personal service, assistance, quantity and laying advice and supply and delivery. Keep up the great work team.

Great experience from help in the showroom, narrowing down my choices, to Level 3/4 pick up from the warehouse once the tiles etc had arrived. Couldn't fault service and product knowledge in any way. Would definitely use again for my next project and recommend to others as well.

Andrea was awesome, although our order was a small one, she took the time to listen and share thought about what we wanted the end result to be. Faultless customer service, and very accommodating when it came to pick up the order. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The staff greeted us, listened to our enquiries, knew their products and were able to point out a variety of possible solutions for us. We never felt rushed or pressured into decision making. We were offered samples to take away and check in our home environment, and the staff carried these samples to our car. Computer searches were done to check availability of products as well as pricing. We were very happy with the service we received from Tiles on Devon.

I purchased some tiles for splash backs in our appartments. The service was great, Jacki helped us out so much and did such a great job. And the tiles came in very quickly and were of great standard. Will definitely recommend to all tile buying friends

Friendly helpful staff. Lots of beautiful tiles although fairly limited in mosaic tiles for crafters - have to mostly shop online for those to get a decent variety. Still bought plenty though - the fill a bag (of leftovers etc) for $4 a bag was great, bought 3 bags plus a few other bits and pieces. Was a good morning's shopping ☺

Love tiles on Devon. Staff are amazing, patient and so helpful. I had two kids with me and went back multiple times and they were so good to deal with! I find they also have the best selection of tiles to choose in Hamilton from as well. Even if I look at other places I always end up back here 👌🏼
