I bought the Prime chair just before Xmas & was very happy not only with the free delivery , but that they also shifted it again for no charge barely 3 weeks later as we had an unavoidable move. Initial discount was great , extra gifts appreciated & service warranty seems fair. Being mid-range , some might need more customizable options , but all 14 presets work just fine for me so far..

Their massage chair has helped me a lot in lessening my discomfort because I suffer from chronic back pain and other muscular tension/stiffness. Every night, sitting on my recliner is quite pleasant. The best investment we've ever made by purchasing this massage chair in NZ.

After researching massage chairs and speaking with various sellers following a medical event I went to V-Revive and met Sunny. He answered all my questions honestly and provided an absolute awesome deal on an upper range massage chair. I highly recommend V-Revive Chartwell.

I bought one V-Revive Massage Chair for my wife last month. We are very happy with the sales person, service and prompt delivery. It gives an overall efficient massage. If you like strong massages, I’d go with V-revive.

This Japanese massage chair is so beautifully designed that it makes getting in and out of the chair easy. It has a special massage roller that delivers an amazing neck massage. It feels almost like a human's fingers. If you have not tried it, go find a local store and try it first.

V-Revive scalp and head massager is the perfect size for me, and it really helps to relieve my stress. I’ve tested it in the shower, it’s waterproof as described. And it can not only massage my head, but also many other parts of the body, like neck and shoulder, and is just so comfortable!

In my experience, typically massage chairs do not live up to the hype, but the V-Revive chairs feel just as amazing as a professional massage. The chairs can be adjusted to provide me with just the appropriate amount of pressure. Furthermore, the client service is outstanding! I can't say enough good things about them!

I had been suffering from back discomfort for a long time and was anxious for relief. After experimenting with water jets, massage pads, and other tiny devices, I discovered V-Revive massage chair. For me, the massage chair has been very effective and i can already tell the difference. I can massage the specific region that requires attention. The chair also has pre-programmed massage therapies that make me feel extremely relaxed after just a few minutes. I strongly recommend these wonderful massage chairs.

I would love to recommend the massage chair. Shujin massage chair model is definitely the best so far. The customer service is good and no pressure sale.

I tried the nightstar massage chair at chartwell shopping centre and it's lovely. It works really well on the back and feet. It was an impulse decision but worth every penny. Best investment ever.

The massage chairs are second to none. I had been struggling with back pain and shoulder pain for a quite a while now and tried a lot of small massagers and physiotherapy. however the massage chairs did the trick for me.
