Would just like to say that this is the best vape shop I have ever been into!! Cool music! Me and my friend just moved from Dunedin and James was so helpful, got my vape working again and loving the the chill berry juice, you were right James...you said I would love it!!!

Had absolutely wonderful service from Sammy today! He had amazing energy and recommended a delicious flavour of juice. Will definitely be coming back.

Yet to visit the store, but Brett from the store went above and beyond for me in sourcing a replacement. Easily the best customer experience I've recieved. Made my week! Looking forward to stopping by soon.

Best service around, ian and Brett are so helpful and they will make you laugh. Vape crew makes sure you leave their store happy and will go the extra mile for their customers. All my mods I got from them they showed me correct set up and safety. I recommend them for new vapors and the experienced vapors.

I came in last week because my device tank was leaking Calvin sorted me out with a better tank and fixed my other tank too really love the service I get from this shop see you next time

Amazing! I visited whilst holidaying in NZ, they had outstanding service and were very helpful especially as it was the first place I came across putting a drop of juice on your finger and tasting to see if you liked it. Their in-house juices are amazing and I wish they delivered to Aust.

I’ve been to a few Vape stores, and this is one of them that genuinely wants to help. They go out of their way with advice, and are really friendly guys. All my business will be going to them in the future.

There will be alot of stores that offer their services and goods in a proffessional way but Vape Crew on Barton St, Hamilton goes way beyond without even trying... With some of the best juices and devices in the world available it truly is your one stop shop for everything vape related although always get in fast because everything sells out fast so dont dissapoint yourself by missing out. Although they stock some of the best goods around it doesnt compare to the customer service and most importantly, the combined knowledge of the crew. The way they interact with everyone means you may come in as a customer but you will leave as family feeling well looked after and supported as a you travel along your vaping journey...

The boyz (Brett and Ian) are quite simply legends they make the vaping experience memorable, satisfying and nearly 9 months down the line stinkie free......thankyou so much I owe you my life.
