N.Beautiful store with nicely laid out product - so much variety. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that you can browse books and stationery at leisure. Be nice to have some chairs about sit on while we peruse but its not a library right!

J.I needed to buy a present urgently and I was able to go to the door and tell them what I wanted I didn't have to wait for a click and collect time. The gentleman who served me this afternoon at 1.30pn was so helpful. Thanks .

B.Whitcoulls has had. A essence of natural attraction for the fulfillment of needs what that may be true to the time of the year xmas they now filled the front of the shop with those things that relate to xmas thank you though I needed some ball point pens asked the staff where they immediately took me and showed me having attained what I needed spent half an hour looking at all those lovely novels great thankyou merry Xmas everyone
