V.Wonderful place to deal with, customer service is all lovely ladies and would definitely say you get well looked after. Hoping to buy a few more tropical fish for our awesome tanks we just purchased .

L.Most of the staff greet my dog and I with "high Benji " and give him a treat before he has his bath, and sometimes after it.
X.This shop is really first rate. I know it's a chain, but the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, facilities are clean, selection is great. Only downside is that the price point is a little on the high side, but that seems to be a factor of having decent quality, not markup.
