S.We brought online click and collect, but before we left Debbie recommended we test it out first, we found the watts very low and she recommended another that will last us years, with servicing every 2 years, AND gave us a discount price! Debbie was very professional, down to earth and knew about all the products, highly recommend 👌
L.Great Service. Very knowledgeable Staff. The guy I talked to was very informative and gave me different options to choose from. I went to Godfreys to get a stick vacuum for everyday use. The guy showed us Tineco demonstration and also compared it with other stick vac's in the shop. we ended up buying a much more expensive stick vac. we're very happy with recent purchase with Godfreys.
s.Excellent customer service, by super friendly and knowledgeable Debbie. She made it stress free and made our decision an easy one. Only down point is that I have to do some house work now.
P.Our first time going in to look at stick vacuums we were helped by a guy who was semi helpful. We went back a second time for another look and came across Debbie. Wow so so knowledgeable on every sort of vacuum we were looking at and explained the difference between them. We ended up buying a much more expensive stick vacuum than we intended due to everything being explained and demonstrated to us. I recommend asking for Debbie if you are looking for any sort of vacuum!!
T.Wow where do I start😊Hoover Action pets was the first vac purchase along with a carpet cleaner 2016,great service,after purchase service was excellent,by far out wayed the purchase service; Debbie surely knows how to walk her talk on Godfreys products.Hoover needed a few services which was attended to along with a loaner vac provided.Second purchase best purchase BEST SERVICE EVER 😆 WERTHEIM 7 Series just what the Doc ordered for my Furrys&I;Not only was the Service Excellent I received a Home Demonstration on our carpet and my bed mattress,Debz customer service is Outstanding;The 7 Series pet foot is fantastic if used in conjunction with the WERTHEIM Model DV1900,however picked up our brand spanking new replacement WERTHEIM 7 Series 27/5/20,picked up our attachment 28/5/20 only to get home¬ice it has a crack where the extension pole goes in,won’t suck up at its best whilst using Geevarn.This replacement is all Credit to Debbie who goes beyond Customer Service to satisfy her Customers.Godfreys Hastings wouldn’t be No1 Store in the Country if it wasn’t for Debbie.
PS Family have purchased from this store because they have seen how happy we are with our purchases.Just to mention a few,Kataraina A Clarke and Russell Irving.
