A.Staff are amazing, I had 2 toddlers and a puppy, toddlers broke something rather expensive 😩 the girls were so nice, and helpful. One of them distracted the kids while the other helped me pick out what I needed.. truly appreciated it ❤️

c.This is the best dog wash in Hawke's Bay. I like their loyalty card with the wash. I appreciate that you are provided with towels because we come from out of town, and often forget to bring ours.

E.Easily the best pet store in Hastings. They don't give you the hard sell to try pressure you into buying stuff you don't need, and they care for their animals really well, unlike the other 2 pet stores in town.
C.A great pet store to pop in to when out on a shopping spree at the mega centre. You'll find everything you need, even a doggy washing station and special tears for your pooch. You'll find other pets to visit, as well - an ever-favourite for the kiddies.

K.Omg our dogs love shopping here, the staff our even more gorgeous on the inside than the out, and believe me, that's an achievement. We sorted our 4 pawed girl, found she had two coats, we had that grown up talk about sorting her sanitary needs, and our boy loves his toys and treats!
