I'm new to Mandala dot painting & ordered a whole heap of DecoArt paint. It arrived quicker than I expected (1) I live in Auckland & (2) It's Christmas. Love how you took the time to package them nicely & double-checked the colours ordered against the invoice. First impressions mean a lot if you want customers to return. I am one for doing research prior to purchasing, so it was a bonus for me that you were the cheapest & also the largest range of colours. Super impressed with the first two orders that I am awaiting my 3rd.

Wonderful fast service, parcel arrived in Akl 2 days after ordering, the shop owner txt me to say one of my colours wasn’t available, refunded and said she’d let me know when the colour arrives. (Personal touch) Very happy. Will be ordering again

Order was dispatched the day I ordered and delivered next morning. Excellent service and gorgeous products. Highly recommend this store.

She is such a kind,helpful and knowledgeable person of crafts. I recommend you visit and get to know what stock she has as there was more than I knew. Lovely shop. Lovely lady. A good place to start.

Jackie's craft store is fantastic! Unfortunately I can only shop online as they are down south but Jackie is more than happy to have a chat on the phone with amy questions about arts/crafts and is very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. I'm addicted to her shop and will be a happily loyal customer for many years to come. She has a great range of art & craft needs for all. If ypu need to entertain the kids or want to reignite a passion you once had Jackies is the place to go!

Ordered online-- it had the right selection for what I needed, at the right price point. Items shipped very fast, box was well-packaged and taped, someone hand-checked the invoice, ticking everything off to ensure the order was correct. That is something I really appreciate.

Fantastic service and great range of craft products at reasonable prices.

I love going to Jackies, she is so friendly an helpful. The other ladies that go to the craft classes on thursday mornING are also awesome an really helpful. Can't wait to each Thursday morning to see wat she has in store for us an wat I'm gonna learn.

Jackie is great, she has loads of stock for all sorts of arts and crafts. Great to support a local small business.
