The lovely ladies here fixed my overlocker and were super helpful, especially considering I had to bring my machine from out of town. They kept me informed about how the repair and service was going and their rates seemed very reasonable. I'd definitely take my machine back in again. The tensions are fixed and it's sewing like a dream!
