A.Grandson loves to go and look around the many different birds &,bunny's also the lizard & fish rooms, always very helpful when asked about food for his fish, very friendly and welcoming laddies.
J.A wonderful family run pet and pet supply shop that caters for pretty much every animal. Love coming here. The animals are well looked after and the staff and management some of the most knowledgeable around. Helpful,Friendly and nothing is a problem. If they don't have it you probably cannot buy it :) Been here since Adam was a cowboy and hopefully will never move :)

R.Great range of products but the customer service is hit and miss. Today was pretty rubbish, no acknowledgement at all and when I purchased some products the person who served me acted liked she would rather be anywhere but there. If I was a first time visitor I probably wouldn't return based on this. I have been when the service has been much better so will be back but it definitely leaves a bit of a bad taste.
G.Bit expensive but does have lots of good stuff for pets.
A word of advise : don’t believe every bit of advise regarding pet care from here. Get a second opinion or confirmation from vet or vet website.
They tried to tell me the pellets they sell for rabbit food is good for them. They most definitely are not. Consistently feeding a rabbit pellets is like feeding a baby McDonalds 🍟 🍔 it just isn’t good and each vet or reputable website I looked at went against advise I got from East Rd pets.
They are there to sell you their product!!

We will be making the 2hr trip from Queenstown next week for fish! Worth the drive for the service, and the wide range of species to complete our awesome new tank.

K.Friendly owners and staff. Great product knowledge. The reptile house is a great place to visit plus a stroll though the aviaries, rabbit and chinchilla areas on a sunny day is a nice way to spend some time. Liz, Darryl, family and staff this place is a credit to you all.
A.I don't have a review atm, but I was wondering what type of animals you have there. I'm interested in getting a tourist but I am unable to find one, so I was wondering if you guys might have one.

Z.Awesome place for pet lover. They have lots of bird species. You can also visit their open space aviary of different birds and parrots. You can even find lots of amazing toys for your bird - big or small. You wouldn't be disappointed if you are serious in looking for something for your pet. I shall return to buy my lovely canary collection.
K.My go to pet shop. Nice cheap bird seed and hay for my pets. However some things can be a bit pricey (toys, rabbit food, etc.). But I’ve been coming here for my pets my entire life, the staff are well knowledgeable
D.Have a great range of pets, and pet foods, tanks, cages, everything you need. Cats come with worms, food, and other things thrown in. Fish are also for sale, bunnies, and they're all view-able to the public. The staff are friendly and take good care of the animals.

A.Awesome pet store with everything you need, and somethings you didn't know you needed. Went at the end of the Easter holidays so some things were not available but offers to send when they became available were offered.
And it is more than just a pet shop, they have their own pets - birds and reptiles in particular.

A.You get pretty good fishes and lots lovely parrots some can copy you that was amazing,rabbits,baby turtlesbut price wise its expensive but don't mind it you get want you are looking for.
B.Just used the dog wash machine. It's really easy to use, no hassles, I thought it might take longer but was done in 10min with some time left to play with the blow dryer 😁
