R. H.12 months ago I purchased a Melrose soft super king sized mattress. Within 3 weeks it was obvious this was not a good choice. It has hollows in the main part of the mattress and the edges have slumped downward....! I would definitely not recommend this brand.

A. B.It's nice shopping at a store where price is negotiable. The staff are mostly young, knowledgeable, and actually realise that anyone can compare prices online in seconds on their mobile phone and so won't usually stuff you around or try to pretend that the listed discount is the final offer if you can show it's a lot higher than competitors price.
The warranty being stored on their system so you don't have to hold onto the receipt is also a big bonus.
J. W.The bedding department has a young salesperson called Jay who knows how to manage difficult situations and find solutions with logic and maturity. So don't panic if things don't go quite right with delivery or supply, Jay in the sales department will get it sorted which is what we, as the customer hope for, and rely on. I recommend Jay for bedding sales all day long 👌
S. L. B.Nicola at the Invercargill branch needs an award for customer service. She helped my mum with her Dyson vacuum cleaner, cleaned it and explained everything to us. She took the time and was wonderful.

R.Large department store focusing on furniture and electronics for the home. Huge range of appliance's available for every occasion. Latest Technology and even a racing simulator (might not be there anymore). Reputable brands with appropriate pricing, which can be a hassle sometimes. However, discounts and sales bring the price down nicely.

K.The Fujifilm Frontier mini lab is the best. Great quality digital prints. Fast and efficient service. This store has all you need to deck your entire home out with in one location. Handy to Mitre 10 Mega and Burger King. Great discounts.
J. V.Quick, easy, friendly service. I ordered the Breville kitchen wizz, peel and dice online for click and collect. The store person I dealt with on arrival double checked to make sure I had flybys loaded to my account and carted my new purchase out to my car for me. The kitchen wizz I am obsessed with. We have one at work and I had to buy one for home. Quality product with so much versatility.
P.Good service however If you had the special price shown and not the full price you'd probably have better sales. We almost walked away from a 200.00 sale as we didn't know it was on sale until I looked it up in online and then salesperson confirmed it. Help us to make you money.

R. M.The best thing hands down about Invercargill. One of the largest Harvey Norman stores in the country with an excellent range and a lot of stock for your perusing. Has a great range of all different home item goods from electronics to indoor/outdoor furniture. Can get quite busy during sales but they usually increase staff levels so that it's still a pleasant experience. Discounts can be quite competitive with them price matching most stores and provide an excellent after sales service should you have any problems.

J. S.This feedback is about their Photo center. The machine is diffucult touse, it doesnt allow me to transfer my photos even if i used USB connector. Their app doesnt make sense at all as I was there and its not working too. I spend seeting there half abd hour trying to figure out printing my photos from my device and turn out it wasnt tranfered, i just walked away.

L. F.Don't get sucked into their extended warranties. Read the consumer gurantee act - you do not need to purchase extended warranty as you are already covered by law. Do not buy their antivirus products - hugly inflated prices from what you can get online. Also their HDMI cables are massivly inflated prices also.
