Hey guys, I just wanna let you know that the best ever customer service I received after being in New Zealand for many years. It was 'John' the guy at the electronics department offered me excellent service when I went in to get something. He was so patient, willing to help and all in his smiles. He was staying there with me even pushing his break for another 10-15 minutes to help me with the purchase. Genesis, the young boy with him did a great job too. Highly appreciated guys. You guys are awesome and made my day.. thanks very much for the wonderful feeling of being cared.. Cheers and best wishes mates.

Not much has changed here, seems like the standard of some of their items have changed. For example their basic range of tee shirt and shoes aren't as good a quality as they used to be. The interior of the store could do with a spruce up, however the staff are helpful and friendly as always.

Pretty decent warehouse really overall. Have been to many and Invercargill would come a close second. Queenstown warehouse always has better discounts on their clearance products .

Wow! This Warehouse has a lot of things that other branches don't have on stock. Plus the furniture area is really well organized and also samples are being displayed which gives the customer the idea if it would fit right into their home!

Today I cut my finger quite badly on some packaging instore. By the time I got to the front desk it was not pleasant. The 2 ladies who helped me out were fantastic!! I send you my thanks. Then tonight the shop manager rang me to see if I was okay. What a great crew. I'm very impressed with how the ladies treated me and then to get the phone call was wonderful. Thankyou all very much.

This is a very impressive store compared with standard in Christchurch. It was neat and tidy. Had a vast array of items. Looked more department store than warehouse. Refreshing. My only negative is forcing customers to use the cash tills themselves. All amalgamating at one entry point. Frustrating. Wheres the customer service gone.? I don't want to scan and pack my items.

Great range of stuff and quick through the checkouts but that where the good stuff ends. Cluttered and untidy in places - or empty shelves. Broken items and stuff lying around. Not an entirely logical layout - missed buying stuff I wanted because I missed the aisle it was in. I would only go back if I was really looking for something I knew was there.

Usually has plenty of stock on shelves year round. Staff are helpful. Plenty and plenty of parking. Couple of parks for electric cars to charge up. Stocks everything from household items such as laundry powder and toilet paper to bedding, clothing, furniture, camping gear, sports gear, fitness gear, branded clothing, shoes, school items and uniforms, appliances, tools etc. Decent opening hours too.

Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Large variety of products at great prices. Often very busy and never enough checkouts open, so expect delays while trying to pay. Staff are very friendly though 😉

There are times that the checkouts need to be manned because not all people use eftpos. Some staff need to be more polite to customers as it is good impressions count on the return of said customers. I use your store a lot, but recently have found some checkout staff not the most polite when only the self-service area was only service area available. What is it that when you get a layby from The Warehouse that you pay an administration fee plus when you go to pick it up they are changing you for the recyclable bags that they pack the layby in?????

This review is for the coffee shop situated inside the Warehouse in Invercargill. Just wanted to say the staff are delightful and the food is some of the best ever. My Grandson was absolutely chuffed with his hot chocolate and declared it the best ever. Thank you ladies xox

It's got everything you'd need, at only slightly higher prices to KMart... Although in Invercargill it's pretty necessary as the nearest KMart is in Dunedin. Good parking and well laid out store, at is open till 2100 every day.
