V.I returned a dress with a small flaw, which I wanted to keep, but there were no more with which to exchange. The staff suggested I take it to the sewing shop down the road who could repair and they would cover the cost. Great idea, great service and I got to keep a dress I really liked.
R.Because their policy of “no returns after 7 days” it has made it to hard to buy prezzies at this store for our children & grandchildren who live in Auck. It’s impossible to purchase a present, post to them in Auck before their birthday and get back (if they don’t fit etc) all within 7 days. Shame as we like this shop.

S.First time in my life I saw a skateshop where the staff doesn't know put a grip in a deck. Result, I can't skate cause I got just one hand available for the moment.
