Had a small issue with a SUP pump purchased from Shark SUP. Was asked to send the pump back for repair or replace. Luckily just a small problem which was fixed right away and couriered back to me. I was kept informed with progress, great company to deal with. Impressed with the service.

Very friendly and amazingly helpful couple to deal with. Matt was very patient with me when I had my first lesson and much to my husband's disappointment I didn't fall off and get wet. I thoroughly recommend Shark SUPS.

It's been a year since I bought my Shark SUP board. Jin & Matt are great people to deal wth and I am so appreciative of the time and care they took in helping me choose an appropriate board. It works for me and has given me a lot of pleasure - Go Shark SUPs!

Brought an electric pump for my isup off shark sup. The service was 5 star. Item arrived quickly an was well wrapped. Also brought a shark board as well. Top service an guys to deal with.
