Always like coming here to bulk buy every year around Christmas.. the boxes and off cuts are well worth the price, but every year it seems to get less & less variety and more shop packaging products that are 50 cents less than the market..

Great factory shop for RJ's Licorice. Good selection of seconds as well as various RJ's branded gifts. Also some insight into the various brands produced in the factory. And of course plenty of non-seconds licorice to buy. Also got to glimpse this little forklift with a great number plate 🤣

If you like liquorish, don't go here, you'll never come out. They stock a big range of liquorish products, and some classic NZ sweets. The staff are friendly, and helpful. What's not to like.

If you like licorice, this is the place for you! It comes in a huge array of colours and shapes, as this is the factory. Take your Eftpos card as cash and credit cards are not acceptable.

Great place to visit. Would score 5/5 if the prices were more reasonable for a factory store. Yes, there are some good buys, but some of the prices are the same as supermarkets. Take a good look around the shop to get the best deals.

Went on a sale day. It was very busy but the staff were all very helpful and accommodating, even lending me a hand truck when I went overboard and bought too much! Some shade in the queueing area would be nice on a big sale day, but otherwise I was very impressed!

Thanks for putting on sale for international liquorice day I enjoyed the free sausage and liquorice coffee. Used to enjoy the liquorice when it traded as Granny's liquorice under former owners. However on sampling now find it is sadly lacking liquorice flavour, also disappointed in amount of product in the bucket I purchased. Please stop comprising on quality liquorice should taste like liquorice.

Yum yum YUM. What a wonderful place to try and buy the most delicious of licorice flavors. Every time we visit they have a new taste sensation out for tasting. WARNING: do not go there if you are trying to reduce your waste line.

Was given a bag of this delicious licorice in a medley present from my daughter and her boyfriend this Christmas, 2014. The next day, I was able to sample the offerings within and quickly fell into a licorice coma from which I am yet to recover. I see myself buying it by the caseload in the future. Yum! A must for anyone with any kind of sweet tooth for the variety and bargain left-over bits! Walked out with a huge box and brought as much with me as I could carry out of the country. Black licorice covered chocolate is one of a kind and deadly addictive.

Amazing place, really good value. But beware if you are going there to get RJs then make sure to read the package carefully because an Australian brand is also made here and is very high in aniseed, so if you don't like a really strong flavor read carefully
