k.We visited the toy department on a Wednesday morning and had to ask a staff member for help because we couldn't find the item we wanted. She was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist us in finding a present for our grandson. Congratulations on your lovely staff.

K.Good for their pricing, and in many cases the items you get at Kmart are great quality as well. Keep an eye on reviews of some of their products, and you might find a good deal on a great product. We bought a milk frother that is really great value for money.
A.I had an absolutely incredible experience at Kmart this evening. I went in to buy a very specific set of baubles which said they were available in store online. Anyway I looked all over the store and could not for the life of me find them.
I eventually approached a staff member and explained my situation and she directed me to a supervisor who took a look around, checked on her device and saw they had only arrived. She went out back to look for me, and then said they were stuck in a pallet at the very back. She then went above and beyond to check multiple places in the store to try and track them down for me, taking up loads of time and she even got another staff member involved to help. I don't think I've ever had someone so determined to help me.
She was so apologetic and I was just so grateful for them to have been genuinely invested. Also it was 10pm so they really did not have be caring. Anyway I went to the checkout and the staff member she got to help ran up to me with 2 boxes of the exact size and colour I was after to see if it's what I was looking for. Just absolutely stellar customer service, and this was for a very important hand made gift I was working on and I just want to say thank you so much!!
D.So great to have some competition for The Warehouse! Far better selection of everything, at excellent prices. Quality can be a bit hit and miss, but overall, good value for money. The pet section and homewares, are particularly great for basics.
P.Good store to get things at very good prices... Went in for nothing in particular, ended up purchasing 5 items because I couldn't resist the items, and it's very reasonable prices. Probably would have brought more, if I stayed any longer... but there were no toilets, someone I was with needed the bathroom, so we had to leave early... otherwise all good, cheers 🙃
