M.Better than the one in Petone. Bigger selection of books etc. Service good.

D.We just entered Alert Level 3 when I visited to buy stamps. They were very well organised coping with the new rules, stringent hygiene measures.
They have a huge range of stationery, toys and postal supplies.
E.Didn't have the school books I needed for naenae primary school, but still a great little shop and wonderful staff. In a bit of a mess (28/01/20) but was a very hot day so everyone was flustered.
C.The book store is always a nice place to find books stationery and cards and big que in the way waiting to send their parcels fir the post office that cramped its place into a rather small book store. It's so stupid move from NZ post to close their main store in central Lower Hutt that is criminal.
B.It did appear that the store was packing to close down but the staff were very happy to help and even give advice on alternative stores where I might find what I was searching for. Friendly staff very helpful
L.Was sending parcel to UK the guy not only gave me pricing but came round counter to take me to PP envelopes..great service
M.It's good to have postage option on a book store, we can buy a card or book and post it straight from there, very convenient.
i.Ok but counter needs better staffing and u dont know where to lineup as the staff are only in one uniform behind the counter yet they work both theres and the post shop counter. Somewhat confusing.
