Sally was incredible about making and fitting the dress on a tight deadline on one of our trips to NZ, and did an amazing job of customising Flora to match our wedding theme. Her painting on the hem was just stunning, and something I will treasure forever. The dress, being worn twice, did very well being washed and steamed and reworn, as per Sally's instructions. The fit didn't stand the test of two weddings, and I had to get it altered for the second wedding - the haute couture tailor I took it to was blown away by the quality of Sally's work. B. R.TLDR: Professional, clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the range and variety here - the first store we've visited to have different sizes of the same dress and different colours. Sally was friendly and professional.
We were running a little late so called ahead to let Sally know and she was very understanding. When we arrived we were greeted and offered drinks while music played and were invited to look around at the different dresses. She asked questions about what the wedding will be like, when it is, where etc to help choose a dress. She was pretty hands-off in terms of helping pick dresses, but we actually liked that as it felt more personal and she was right there to offer help and advice when we needed it. She was very respectful of Bride's privacy as she was getting in and out of dresses and helped fit them to the bride through the appointment. She was very complimentary of Bride and helped us to feel like we were all having a very intimate experience. The store was a little dark but it was the end of a very cloudy day so can't fault her for that. This was the only store that offered different sizes of the same dress and different colours which was really top-notch and made a big difference in terms of picking a dress. Also the only store we visited that offered "plus size" dresses (though we didn't need these). Ultimately the most professional experience we had that day and can't thank Sally enough for her hospitality.
A. M.I would highly recommend Sally Eagle to any bride. The whole process from start to finish is designed to make you feel relaxed, valued and special. The bridal shop is beautiful, the staff are lovely, highly professional and go out of their way to accommodate tricky requests. I was able to customise aspects of my dress which resulted in me getting my dream dress. I looked all over and Sally Eagle was the only place I could find exactly what I had been looking for.
T. S.Sally Eagle was amazing! A huge range of beautiful dresses, staff were really professional and very helpful, and they make sure that your dress fits like a glove. They can even work with you to change things about your dress if you want a different skirt or longer train etc, makes for an amazing boutique!
