Reviews of Shipwreck Trading
What a wonderful place to spend time, lost in a treasure trove of shipwreck goodies. This is a must visit for young and old, so much to see, plenty of parking outside and the friendliest staff you could find.
I will definately be back as there is just so much to see you cannot comprehend so many treasures in one visit.
Best shop in the country & possibly the world! An eclectic mix of nautical but nice. Owner, Robert Baldock, has a great eye & the prices range from about $5 to $20,000, so something for everyone. Gotta check out the upstairs gallery. 300 yr old crockery from a real, rather famous shipwreck: The Nanking. Originally auctioned by Christie's. Loads of cool stuff.
Popped in for a look friendly people, some great pieces, Its almost like a maritime museum worth a look and some cool stuff reasonable prices
A large and impressive collection of marine collectibles awaits you right next door to Seaview Marina on Port Road. The facade is somewhat hidden by luxuriant foliage but break through the botanical screen and you'll find this Seadogs' Nirvana, complete with port-hole windows and nautical, exterior decor outside their front entrance.
What a fun place, found it by accident while looking for rope. Has a lot of great nautical memoribilia and replicas.

What a great collection of treasure
The most unique sop in the Pacific. Owner, Robert and his staff are legends that we could chat for ages. The Items in the spot are very well priced starting from 10NZd and even the biggest collectors can find there something what is Unique, collectible and a great conversation starter. We are looking forward on coming back soon.
