Absolutely huge with a ton of useful things I've bought over the years for my cats and dog. The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, I had a faulty product that was quickly refunded without any drama. Definitely my go to store now!

There were friendly staff at the counter but no one on the floor you could asked anything we were looking for more tropical fish and some things for our fish tank (we knew where that was and what we needed) but walked out with buying more fish 🐠

Very good place for all your pet needs. We bought our cat Rodney a cat barrel tower that was a $60.00 saving which was pretty good. We also buy our wet cat food from here if it is on offer. Staff are usually pretty friendly and cheerful

Located in the Harvey Norman complex in Lower Hutt, this shop is very accessible from the motorway. The shop is large, spacious and well laid out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The range of goods was excellent, everything that your pet could possibly need. They also had some cute animals (kittens) that could be purchased. It was worth the visit just to watch the kittens playing. Highly recommended for all your pet needs.

Adopted the cutest little guinea pig named Gilroy from here. The team were so lovely and helpful, and also so caring for the animal - really made sure we had all we needed to care for him to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. So good with recommendations and really took the time to talk us through everything. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Great atmosphere with great people and the most amazing music to shop to I have ever heard in a store. Never before have I been able to shop along to the sounds of Frank Sinatra and ABBA. These guys really know their customers and have a great time serving us.

After being a customer for around two years I think its time to leave a review. Every time I have been into the store I have felt welcomed but the staff and they always seem genuinely interested in helping me. I have to say that Sarah is a star, before I got a dog I wanted to be prepared for the costs so I came in and Sarah had a wealth of knowledge for me. I still have so many questions and Sarah is always happy to help me with information and she always knows the products that are right for me. Today I came in for a muzzle and she was so kind and helped me fit it on my dog. I was really stressed about the experience and Sarah was so kind and helpful. Sarah also ordered me a slip lead for training and showed me how to fit. She is honestly such a gem. The store is also ALWAYS nice and tidy and everything is easy to find.

I’d like to publicly thank the young man who served me today. He was clearly on his lunch break, but when he noticed me at the counter, that didn’t stop him from getting up and taking time to answer a few of my questions. Don’t get that kind of enthusiasm from the young folks these days. And even better, he was able to solve all my pet problems in one conversation. Top man, keep up the good work, and thanks for actually caring about your customers. A+++ That’s the kind of service you’d hope to get everywhere.

Being an animal lover I often pop in for supplies for ourfur babies and have even had one of our cats stay at the cattery. The staff are without a doubt the most professional knowledable and friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Can't sing your praises enough

Definitely not a good experience I've had compare to the one in Lyall Bay. One of the girl seem uninterested when approached to ask a question about a product. Not going to say which day I came in, but customer services needs improving.

Excellent customer service at the Lower Hutt branch. Staff are lovely and very helpful and a large range of products from food/treats to collars/leads to bedding and housing. I took my puppy to puppy preschool there and the staff stayed behind to help with the puppies if they become disruptive. I struggle to find time to do my supermarket shop let alone stop into a separate pet store. I went in to the store to ask if I can order online and still use the Nutrience concession loyalty cards and they were very helpful setting me up to order online with instant email communication. Rodney James dorward here this the best hutt pet Centre in town I got my baby parrot my Indian ring neck yellow parrot tweety from the boss back in the old hutt pet Centre alone time ago she means the whole world to me because my best friend took his own life my mom is kicking me out of home for good and I don't have any idea where I going to go at the end the day.
