j.Absolutely recommend, I was a little skeptical of the website for a start, but called the contact number to ensure the knife i was after was available as so many other dealers were out of stock. Quickly got a definite yes, ordered late Wednesday using lay buy (which is a huge plus for me) knife arrived Friday. Will most definitely be buying again from the knife guy 👍👍👍👍
N.Hubby ordered a knife via The Knife Guy, he received quick communication when the knife he ordered was out of stock and was given the option to substitute it for another. It was done very curtiously and with the customers best interest at heart. Great customer service, highly recommend, we will be back.
M.As others were, I was initially skeptical about this website but after 2 days my order arrived in perfect nick. Only gripe is not receiving an email back after asking about shipping ETA, but since it arrived so soon after my order date its not a problem. Definitely will visit this website again if I need a another knife.
