K.If I could give more stars to this outstanding company, I would! I have placed two orders with Willow and Wolfe this year and have been delighted with both the products and the customer service. The handwritten notes that come with each gift hamper are so special and a truly beautiful touch. And as for the team? Phenomenal. There was an error with my second order with an item being out of stock and because they were so keen to get it out quickly, they replaced it with a product I wasn't so keen on. As soon as I contacted them they responded with a sincere apology, transparency in what had happened, and a desire to make things right - the replaced product is now being sent out with no extra charge on top of what was already sent. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you Sherman and team for all that you do and keep up the amazing work!
