S.Purchased this suitcase last minute just before my travel, although did not arrive before my travel like I have hoped, but Terry (one of the owners) did email and phone the day after I placed my order (I phoned on the day ordering and was told suitcase could arrive in one day but we forgot it was Easter) to warn me that because it's Easter, the suitcase will either arrive on Saturday or else Tuesday and offered some nice little freebies. Customer service and communication was excellent and efficient!
edit：Tosca lied about the weight of this suitcase, it's 2.8kg not 2.4kg ☹️
