Lovely people, didn't rush me into a decision, delighted to have met them, a good range of colours to choose from. Excellent service from Jacquie and Chris Bowen. You're lucky to have such pleasant, efficient and conscientious representatives. Now a message to Head Office: Larger samples (A4 at least) would make for much easier and more satisfactory colour choice decisions. Even as a professional artist, and experienced home decorator, I found it difficult to judge from those tiny samples in a book, what the OVERALL colour effect was really going to be. Because the blinds stay in concertina folds when let down, (creating shadows) it alters the colours impression when they are hanging. With a larger sample to go by, I think I would have chosen differently. Now, I will probably end up painting the walls to match the blinds!! PLEASE supply bigger samples that truly show us what the final effect will be.

Chris and Jacquie are amazing! They are very professional, so approachable, very friendly and very knowledgeable in what they are doing. As first time home owners, we have no idea how to install curtains and blinds plus we are not sure if the colours we’ll choose will match our walls but Chris and Jacquie walked us thru, explained everything to us and gave us options and samples so we can make a better decisions. When we saw the curtains and blinds they have installed, we were very very happy! They installed them on time without any delay. We highly recommend them! Great job guys! 👍🏻
