M.AMAZING BUSINESS!!!! I ordered three personalised balloons from this business and have been really satisfied with the service and products I’ve received. It was a really easy process when it came to purchasing their balloons and even easier when it came to the balloons being delivered to my address. I ordered the balloons as a last minute gift for Mother’s Day. I ordered them on a Saturday afternoon and received them first thing the next day. They even messaged me beforehand to let me know that they’ve run out of certain products and gave me options of what they could replace them with. They also refunded me the money paid for delivery because I ordered the balloons separately. Overall, they were extremely hospitable and delivered beautiful balloons.
A.Amazing service! I called to ask if I can place a last minute order around 5pm for delivery the next day and the lovely lady on the phone was very helpful. She reached out later on in the evening and helped me personalise a birthday balloon for my niece. She even sent me photos of the final product before delivery and was flexible with any last minute delivery address changes if need be. Will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family!

Aroha Balloons went above and beyond to make sure the package was delivered safely & efficiently; the lady who delivered the package even drove another 15 minutes to drop it to the recipient as the recipient wasn’t home & it had alcohol in it and needed a signature. I picked all the finer details of what the gift would consist of to suit the recipient (right down to the bow colour!) & can confirm she absolutely loved it. So much so that even after a week it is still sitting proudly at her entrance way “un-popped”!
