The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with a great range of pet products on offer. They no longer sell animals and (at a National level) have chosen instead to support local rescues encouraging people who go in looking for animals instead visit their local SPCA or other rescues.

Ordered 2 bags of Eukanuba one for a German Sheperd and another one for a small breed-The staff was very helpful always with a smile and even carried the 2 big bags to my vehicle.That's fantastic customer service.They definitely know how to make you feel important-Definitely makes you want to come back.I'll recommend everyone to pay a visit over there ,you won't regret the customer experience-Keep up the good work team.

I brought my miniature pinser dog in for the diy dog wash.... we were greeted with friendly helpful staff... they made us feel extremely welcome... what a great team... will definitely be recommending everyone I know to take your pets and visit
