S.We are building a house in Riversdale Beach and after considerable research selected Flooring Design for the supply and laying of marmoleum and carpet. That stage of the build has now been completed on schedule and to a very high standard. From the start of this part of the project, the friendly office staff and flooring specialists proved to be very helpful with advice and were quick to respond to our queries. Once the order was placed, they maintained close contact to keep us abreast of any supply line issues which may have affected the completion date of the work. The laying teams were superbly professional and completed all tasks with a minimum of fuss and their finished work could not be faulted. We highly recommend this company.

C.Total Care Flooring Design were the only carpet company of the four I enquired at that was able to supply the colour of carpet I was after. They had the perfect colour and it was on special. They came exactly when they said they would for both the measure and quote and the laying. The workmanship was excellent. I was advised there would need to be a join when the carpet was laid but for the life of me I can't find it. They contacted me to offer an earlier laying date but that did not suit me so they conveniently stuck to the original lay date. Their staff were helpful, friendly and competent at every stage of the process. I thoroughly recommend Total Care Flooring Design, Masterton.

T.Absolutely the best service and help I've received in a shop. After walking out of a big chain flooring shop appaulled at the lack of help and customer service.. I was a bit nervous to enter another flooring establishment. These guys treated me like gold. Unbelievable help, advice, product.. couldn't be matched. 5 star plus! will definitely be going back when we re-carpet and do our kitchen and for future building projects. Thanks so much guys. I have had two lots of carpet layed by Total Care Flooring and on both occasions the experience was fast and it looks amazing.
Recently had hardwood floors sanded right back and sealed- WOW- What a job- looks like a new house.
I notice that the guys even went around and did little " things a woman likes done", and I really appreciated that.
All communication is easy and very timely.
(Another shop I called into when first wanting carpet couldn't even be bothered standing up and walking over to see how they could assist- worst Customer Service I've experienced! )
Total Care Flooring would be my choice for any future work required.
